Terms of Service

These terms are a deal between you and Bopmesh LLC. By browsing this site, joining the affiliate programme, or buying a copy of Wizards Advance, you accept them. If you are using the site for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

Wizards Advance is a digital single-player action RPG for PC. Early access opens on October 28, 2026 and the full game arrives on December 25, 2026. Pledging a tier buys a licence to the game plus the perks listed on that tier. Stretch goals are public targets, not promises: if a goal is reached we build it, and if a goal slips the game still ships with everything your tier guarantees.

Prices are in US dollars and are collected through our payment provider at checkout. Where sales tax or VAT applies it is added by the provider. We may cancel and refund an order that is fraudulent, duplicated, obviously mispriced, or paid with a revoked method.

Game keys are emailed before the early access drop. Your licence is personal, non-transferable and non-commercial, and it is not a sale of a copy — you are licensed to play, not to resell. Multi-pack tiers give you extra keys to gift, and each of those keys carries the same personal licence for whoever redeems it.

Before your key is delivered, email support@bopmesh.com and we will cancel the pledge and refund it in full. Once a key has been delivered or redeemed, a refund is up to us, because the digital content has already reached you — we handle those case by case and we still honour any statutory right you have where it applies. Early access is a work in progress, so please read the tier descriptions before you buy rather than expecting the finished Christmas build.

Approved affiliates earn 30% of the net paid amount of qualifying referred orders. To keep the programme honest you must not: claim the game is something it is not, send bulk or unsolicited messages, bid on our trademarks in paid search, register multiple accounts, refer yourself, or generate fake clicks to inflate your visit numbers. Commissions accrue in your dashboard and payouts are issued by Bopmesh LLC; ask us for current payout timing and methods. We can suspend an account, void a commission, or end the partnership if these rules are broken, and we can claw back commissions on orders that are refunded or found to be fraudulent.

The screenshots, clips and copy in the Creator Kit are licensed to you for promoting Wizards Advance. Keep them unaltered in a way that misrepresents the game, do not imply that we endorse your channel beyond the referral relationship, and do not resell the assets.

Do not reverse engineer, decompile or crack the game, build cheats or bots, share or leak keys, redistribute the game files, or use the site's systems to probe, scrape or overload them. Do not use the affiliate dashboard to harvest other users' data.

The site and the game are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind beyond what your local consumer law refuses to let us disclaim. Early access in particular may contain bugs, missing content, and balance changes.

To the maximum extent the law allows, Bopmesh LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental losses, and our total liability to you for anything arising out of these terms is capped at the amount you actually paid us.

We may update these terms as the game, the storefront and the affiliate programme change. The version on this page is the one in force; material changes are noted on the site. Your next purchase or dashboard visit after an update counts as acceptance.

These terms are governed by the law of Tennessee, United States, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. If one clause is unenforceable the rest survive. Questions about a purchase, a key, or a payout go to support@bopmesh.com.
