Bopmesh LLC runs this website, the Wizards Advance game, and the Wizards Advance affiliate programme. We decide what happens to the personal data described here, and you can reach us any time at support@bopmesh.com. We keep collection to what the funnel actually needs:

• Account data — your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares with us.
• Affiliate data — the display name and channel URL you submit when you join, plus your referral code.
• Order data — which tier you bought, how many copies, the amount paid, the payment status, and the payment provider's session reference. We never see or store full card numbers; the payment provider handles those.
• Referral data — which affiliate code brought you to the site, and when the visit happened.
• Technical data — browser type, device, and the standard request logs our hosting records automatically.

When you arrive through an affiliate link such as ?ref=CODE, we store that code in your browser's local storage for 30 days. Its only job is to give the right creator credit if you buy later rather than on the first visit. It is not used for advertising, it is not shared outside Bopmesh LLC, and you can wipe it whenever you like by clearing site data in your browser settings.

We use the data to deliver your game keys and receipts, run the affiliate programme and calculate commissions, keep the checkout honest by spotting fraud, self-referrals and fake clicks, answer support requests, and keep our books in order for tax and accounting.

We rely on performing our contract with you when you buy a copy, legitimate interests for running the affiliate programme and protecting the site, and consent for Google sign-in data and anything non-essential. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened.

Our payment provider processes card payments. Our hosting and database provider stores application data. An email service sends receipts. Affiliates see only aggregated visit and sales figures for their own links. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not hand it to advertisers.

Order records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require. Affiliate accounts and click records stay while the programme runs. Your account stays until you ask us to close it. Referral codes in your browser expire on their own after 30 days.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, or ask us to stop processing it. You can opt out of promotional email at any time, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. A request to support@bopmesh.com is enough to start.

Data is processed in the United States. Where that means a transfer outside your region, we use the standard contractual clauses that govern those transfers.

Traffic travels over encrypted connections, database access is restricted by row-level security so each person only sees their own affiliate data, and staff access is limited to what the job needs. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us straight away if you think something is wrong.

This site is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly gather their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will remove it.

We may update this page as the game and the programme grow. The date at the top shows the current version, and any material change gets a notice on the site.
